Today, March 1st, is National Pig Day. So let’s talk about pigs, shall we?

I think it was Harvey Mackay who said

What does that mean? It means be aware (and beware) of the sloth and entitled employees in your company who think they have a God-given, Washington D.C.-appointed position at your office and are sucking you dry.

You can handle this in two ways that are free and immediate to implement.

1) Raise your level of expectations of everyone around you including employees, vendors, clients and yourself.

2) Hold everyone accountable to your higher expectations.

Then watch the pigs fly out of your office for good, which will help you make room for the thoroughbreds.

Remember, though, thoroughbreds still need to be fed and they make quite a mess in their stalls but if you feed ’em right and train them well they’ll make you rich.
