InfusionSoft Fall 2011 Preview: Interactive List View

More and more clients are using Infusionsoft more like a traditional CRM, which means looking up contact records, calling them and then taking some sort of action such as:

  • Adding a Note.

  • Viewing their Note History.

  • Viewing / Adding Tags to the record.

  • Creating a Task and/or Appointment.

  • Adding the contact to a Follow-Up Sequence.

  • And/or just sending them an Email from within the Contact record.

This new feature enables users to work through their lead/client lists faster and more efficiently and we all know that in order to grow sales you need to compress time frames.

Another nice benefit of this update is that once you are done updating a contact record you are returned to the list so you can go right to the next contact. Previously you had to either update the list or you were taken to the beginning and had to scroll down, etc.

Like always, Infusionsoft listens to the feedback of their users and strives to make it easier for their clients to make more money faster, at higher margin, with less stress and more fun.
